Great opportunity for an experienced internal auditor to join a public sector organisation based in Edinburgh. Initially you will be offered on a 6 month fixed term contract however there may be the potential to extend or be made permanent given the busy nature of the team.

You will provide an independent, objective assessment of the organisations control environment and the overall risk management and governance processes. Delivering a range of audits across operations, resources, staff, services, subsidiary or associated companies, joint ventures with third parties and responsibilities to other bodies.

You will be responsible for presenting your findings to senior stakeholders within the business.
