The Senior Accounts Payable Manager must ensure the delivery of high quality work with a strong focus on controls, assurance and KPI’s.
This role will be accountable for the day to day performance of the Accounts Payable function and will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The role holder is accountable for implementation of development plans for a team of around 20 FTE
- The role holder is expected to be reviewing processes and implementing improvements which will deliver business efficiencies
- Manage members of the Accounts Payable team; training, developing and appraising these members of the team; bringing your enthusiasm, experience and knowledge to the team
- The role holder should set a good example through all aspects of performance management
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive improvement through change
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task and deliver high quality work to deadlines
