Star Pubs and Bars is a leased and tenanted pub business which comprises an estate of around 1,050 pubs throughout the UK. Following completion of Heineken UK’s agreed £305m deal to acquire part of Punch Taverns plc, a further 1,900 pubs will be added to the portfolio creating the third largest pub group in the UK.
On the back of this acquisition, Heineken are creating a brand new Credit Control function based in their Edinburgh Headquarters. Rutherford Cross are delighted to be working in partnership with Heineken to recruit the following 4 grades of post, with multiple opportunities at each level bar the lead Senior Credit Risk Manager position which will head up the new function.
- Senior Credit Risk Manager (£60,000 – £70,000)
- Credit Risk Managers (£40,000 – £50,000)
- Credit Managers (£40,000 – £50,000)
- Senior Credit Controllers (£30,000 – £37,000)
- Credit Controllers (£24,000 – £27,000)

Prior experience in the drinks industry is not required, but you must display the ambition and ability to work in a brand-led, multinational business environment.
